Walter Keeling
Walter Angus Keeling (1873-1945) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Keeling was nominated to the Western District of Texas by PresidentFranklin Delano Roosevelton January 16, 1942, to a seat vacated byRobert Johnston McMillan; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 26, 1942, and received commission onJanuary 28, 1942. He served the Western District of Texas until his death onJanuary 22, 1945.[1] Keeling was succeeded in this position byBen Rice.
