Walter Howard Evans (1870-1959) was afederal judge on theUnited States Customs Court.

Evans was nominated to the USCC by PresidentHerbert Hoover. He was confirmed onFebruary 14, 1931. He assumedsenior status onMay 20, 1941, and served in that capacity until his death onJuly 12, 1959.[1]
