Utah Senate Bill 38 (2008)

Utah Senate Bill 38 was originally introduced to theUtah State Senate on January 21, 2008 by Sen.Wayne Niederhauser. The bill passed the Utah State Senate on February 15, 2008 and was sent to theUtah House of Representatives the same day. It passed the Utah House of Representatives on March 5, 2008. The final version of the bill passed both chambers in March 2008, and was signed byGovernorJon Huntsman Jr. on March 17, 2008.[1]
