  1. foreign assistance (including development assistance, Millennium Challenge Corporation, the Millennium Challenge Account, HIV/AIDS in foreign countries, security assistance, and Public Law 480 programs abroad);
  2. management and operations of the State Department and other agencies of jurisdiction;
  3. national security developments affecting foreign policy;
  4. promotion of diversity and inclusion in the national security workforce;
  5. strategic planning and agreements; war powers, treaties, executive agreements, and the deployment and use of United States Armed Forces;
  6. peacekeeping, peace enforcement, and enforcement of United Nations or other international sanctions;
  7. arms control and disarmament issues;
  8. the International Development Finance Corporation, the United States Agency for International Development;
  9. activities and policies of the State, Commerce, and Defense Departments and other agencies related to the Arms Export Control Act and the Foreign Assistance Act, including export and licensing policy for munitions items and technology and dual-use equipment and technology;
  10. international law;
  11. interparliamentary engagement;
  12. promotion of democracy;
  13. international law enforcement issues, including narcotics control programs and activities;
  14. international cyber issues;
  15. Broadcasting Board of Governors;
  16. embassy security;
  17. international broadcasting;
  18. public diplomacy, including international communication and information policy, and international education and exchange programs;
  19. the Peace Corps, the American Red Cross;
  20. all other matters not specifically assigned to a subcommittee;
