Biography
Tracy Ehlert was born in San Bernardino, California.[1] Ehlert earned an associate degree in information systems management from Kirkwood Community College in 2007, an associate degree in early childhood education from Marshalltown Community College in 2012, a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Ashford University in 2015, and a master's degree in early childhood education from Walden University in 2017.[1][2]
Ehlert's career experience includes owning B2K Learning Center and working as a student support staff-interventionist with the Cedar Rapids Community School District, a level 3 instructor with Child Care Resource & Referral, and a continuing education instructor with Kirkwood Community College.[1][2][3] She has been affiliated with The National Association for Family Child Care, the National TEACH Early Childhood Alliance Council, and the Iowa Early Childhood Workforce Advisory Committee.[1]
