Biography

Tony Caplan was born in Venezuela.[1] Caplan earned a B.A. in American/United States studies/civilization from Yale University in 1982.[2] His career experience includes owning Hope Mountain Press and working as an editorial writer, a journalist with the Associated Press and United Press International, and a high school Spanish teacher.[2][3] Caplan served as the chair of the Henniker Energy Committee and the Henniker Democratic Town Committee.[3]
