Thomas Sutler Williams (Federal judge)
Thomas Sutler Williams (1872-1940) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Claims.
Williams was nominated to the Court of Claims by PresidentHerbert Hoover. He was commissioned onNovember 11, 1929, and served until his death onApril 5, 1940.[1]
