Biography
Thomas Kelly was born inElk Grove Village, Illinois. Kelly earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 1992, a graduate degree from Roosevelt University in 1999, a second graduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2003, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2010. Kelly's career experience includes working as a university department chair.[1]
