Thomas Joseph Aquilino, Jr. is aArticle III federal judge for theUnited States Court of International Trade. He was nominated by PresidentRonald Reagan on February 25, 1985. Aquilino assumed senior status onDecember 10, 2004.[1]

Education

Aquilino earned his B.A. from Drew University in 1962 and hisJ.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1969.[1]

Military

Aquilino served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965.[1]

Court of International Trade

Aquilino was nominated to the court by PresidentRonald Reagan on February 25, 1985, to a seat vacated by JudgeFrederick Landis. He was confirmed by theSenate on April 3, 1985, and received his commission on April 4, 1985. He assumedsenior status on December 10, 2004.[1]
