Theodore Levin (Michigan)
Theodore Levin (1897-1970) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Levin was nominated by PresidentHarry Truman on July 3, 1946, to a seat vacated byEdward Julien Moinet; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 25, 1946, and received his commission onJuly 27th. He served aschief judge from 1959-1967. He died onDecember 31, 1970. Levin was succeeded in this position byRobert DeMascio.
