Thaddeus S. Sharretts

Thaddeus S. Sharretts (1850-1926) was afederal judge on theBoard of General Appraisers, which later became theUnited States Customs Court.

Sharretts was nominated to the USCC by PresidentBenjamin Harrison. He was confirmed onJuly 30, 1890. He served as president of the board from 1895-1897.[1] He was removed from office by order of President Taft onMarch 3, 1913, on charges of malfeasance.[2]
