Biography

Steven Foster lives in Dexter, Maine. Foster earned a bachelor's degree in marine engineering from the Maine Maritime Academy in 1978 and an associate degree in pulp and paper technology from Kennebec Valley Community College in 2002. His career experience includes working as an engineer. Foster has been affiliated with the MSAD 46/AOS 94 School Board.[1][2]
