Biography
Shelia Stubbs was born inCamden, Arkansas, and she moved toBeloit, Wisconsin, when she was five years old. She earned a bachelor's degree from Tougaloo College in 1993. Stubbs' career experience includes working as a senior probation and parole agent and special education teacher. She served as chair of the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus.[1]
