Shannon Latham (Republican Party) is a member of theIowa House of Representatives, representingDistrict 55. She assumed office on January 1, 2023. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography
Shannon Latham was born in Charles City, Iowa.[1] Latham earned a B.S. in agricultural journalism and in public service and administration in agriculture from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. His career experience includes co-owning Latham Hi-Tech Seeds and working as the director of legislative affairs for the Agribusiness Association of Iowa and the agriculture program coordinator for the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. Latham has served as the inaugural chair of American Seed Trade Association’s Communications Committee, on the Iowa Food and Family Project Advisory Council, and on the board of the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center.[1][2][3]
