Ron Grooms
Ron Grooms (Republican Party) was a member of theIndiana State Senate, representingDistrict 46. He assumed office in 2004. He left office on November 2, 2021.
Grooms (Republican Party) ran for re-election to theIndiana State Senate to representDistrict 46. He won in the general election onNovember 6, 2018.
Grooms resigned on November 2, 2021, to spend more time with his family and to pursue other career opportunities.[1]
Grooms previously served on the Jeffersonville City Council from 2000 to 2010 and from 1984 to 1992.
Biography
Ron Grooms, as of December 2019, lived in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He graduated from Lizton High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Butler University. Grooms' career experience includes working as the owner and pharmacist at the Hanger Drug Company and as a member of Jeffersonville City Council from 1984 to 1992 and from 2000 to 2010.[2]

As of this writing, Grooms resided in Jeffersonville, Indiana, with his wife Beverly. They had five children and two grandchildren.[6]
