Robin Breedon
Robin Breedon was a2014Independent candidate forDistrict 23B of theMaryland House of Delegates. Breedon was excluded from the ballot for not meeting petition requirements.[1]
Breedon ran unsuccessfully for the same seat as aDemocrat in2010.

Holmes, Jr. defeatedReginald Tyer, Jr.,Ron Watson andThea Wilson in the Democratic primary, whileMike Hethmon was unopposed in the Republican primary. Vallario and Holmes defeated Hethmon in the general election for two seats.Robin Breedon (I) was excluded from the ballot for not meeting petition requirements.[2][3][4]

Breedon was defeated by incumbentMarvin Holmes, Jr. in the September 14 primary. No Independents filed for this seat.[5]
