Richard Henry Alvey
Richard Henry Alvey (1826-1906) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentGrover Cleveland on April 14, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate onApril 15, 1893, and received commission that same day. He retired onJanuary 1, 1905.[1]
