Peter Schweyer (Democratic Party) is a member of thePennsylvania House of Representatives, representingDistrict 134. He assumed office on December 1, 2022. His current term ends on November 30, 2026.
Schweyer (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to thePennsylvania House of Representatives to representDistrict 134. He won in the general election onNovember 5, 2024.
He served on the Allentown City Council from 2008 to November 5, 2014.[1]
Biography
Peter Schweyer graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1996. Schweyer earned a B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University. His career experience includes working as the director of community and government affairs at Sacred Heart Hospital, the chief of staff forformer State Representative Jennifer L. Mann, and a legislative assistant toState Representative Steve Samuelson andState Senator Lisa M. Boscola.[1][2]
