Biography
Orlando Ramos was born and lives in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ramos graduated from Putnam Vocational Technical High School in 2000. He earned an associate degree from Springfield Technical Community College, a bachelor's degree in public policy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an M.P.A. from Westfield State University. Ramos' career experience includes working as an intern in the office of former Massachusetts GovernorDeval Patrick and as license commissioner for the City of Springfield.[1]
