Kipuke was a 2018Republican candidate who sought election to theU.S. House to representthe 7th Congressional District ofCalifornia.[1] Kipuke was not included in the certified list of candidates for the election.[2]
On June 28, 2023, Kipuke notified Ballotpedia that he had changed party affiliation from theDemocratic Party to theRepublican Party.[3]
Biography
Omba Kipuke was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Kipuke served in the U.S. Army from 2018 to 2022. Kipuke earned a bachelor's degree from East Coast Polytechnic Institute in 2021 and a graduate degree from Liberty University in 2022.[4][5]
