Olivia N. Garcia was a judge of theMagistrate Court, Division 3, inDona Ana County. She retired at the end of 2011, instead of facing disciplinary action by theNew Mexico Supreme Court for "willful misconduct in office."[1]
2010 election
Garcia was unopposed in the Democratic primary and defeatedGary T. Sperling in the general election, winning 52.5% of the vote.[2]
