North Dakota Higher Education Costs Referendum, Number 1 (1968)
TheNorth Dakota Higher Education Costs Referendum, also known asNumber 1, was on theSeptember 3, 1968 ballot inNorth Dakota as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it wasapproved.[1][2] The measure allowed thelegislative assembly to authorize tuition, fees and service charges to fund public schools of higher education.[3]
