TheNorth Dakota County Officials Referendum was on theOctober 28, 1921 ballot inNorth Dakota as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it wasdefeated.[1] The measure would have made county judges also serve as the clerk of the district court in counties with a population of 8,000 residents or fewer.[2]
