Norman Ramsey
Norman Park Ramsey (1922-1993) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the District of Maryland.[1]
Ramsey was nominated by PresidentJimmy Carter on July 25, 1980, to a seat vacated byCharles Blair; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 29, 1980, and received commissionthe next day. He assumedsenior status onNovember 1, 1991, and retired onSeptember 30, 1992.[1] Ramsey was succeeded in this position byAlexander Williams.
