New Hampshire began its biennial budget cycle on July 1, 2011, encompassing FY 2012 and FY 2013. House Bill 1 and House Bill 2 constituted the budget.Gov. John Lynch signed the $224 million budget into law on July 13, 2011.[1]
Legislative Proposed Budget
TheNew Hampshire State Legislature passedHouse Bill 1, the two-year $10.3 billion state budget, as well asHouse Bill 2 on June 22, 2011. House Bill 2 passed by a vote of 259-119.[2]
