New Hampshire judicial elections
Justices and judges inNew Hampshire do not participate in judicial elections. Instead, they are recommended by a selection commission, chosen viagubernatorial appointment and confirmed by the executive council. Judges are not subject to terms, but instead serve until the age of 70.
