TheNew Hampshire Graduated Income Tax Amendment, also known asQuestion 1, was on the ballot inNew Hampshire onMarch 8, 1921, as aconstitutional convention referral. It wasdefeated. It proposed to allow the legislature to impose a graduated income tax.[1]
