Montana Levy for Technical Education, LR-109 (June 1992)
TheMontana Levy for Technical Education Referendum, also known asLR-109, was on theJune 2, 1992 ballot inMontana as alegislatively referred state statute, where it wasdefeated. The measure would have enacted a two mill levy on all taxable property to fund vocational and technical education programs. The revenue from this levy would have replaced revenue from a school district levy.[1][2]
