Michael Weir, Jr. (b. September 2, 1948) is a formerDemocratic member of theMaryland House of Delegates, representing District 6 from 2003 to 2015.

Weir's professional experience includes working as Fire Captain of theBaltimore County Fire Department and partner with Mike Weir and Sons Masonry. He served as a Master Sergeant in the Maryland Air National Guard.

Weir is Vice President of the Young Men's Democratic Club and Eastern Baltimore County Democratic Club. He belongs to the Maryland Veterans Caucus, Chesapeake Bay Commission, Maryland Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services Caucus, and Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus.[7]
