Biography
Michael Harrington earned a B.S. in nuclear engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.[1] Harrington's career experience includes working as a consultant with Harrington Consultants, a senior regional policy advisor with theNew Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, and a procurement engineering supervisor with the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant.[1][2]
