TheMaryland Alteration of Signature Requirements Amendment, also known asQuestion 5, was on theNovember 2, 1982 ballot inMaryland as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it wasapproved. The measure altered requirements for signers of petitions and persons who attest to the authenticity of the signature.[1]
