Mark Costantino
Mark Americus Costantino (1920-1990) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
He was nominated by PresidentRichard Nixon on April 26, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1971, and received commission thatsame day. He assumedsenior status onDecember 1, 1987, and served in that position until his death onJune 17, 1990.[1] Castantino was succeeded in this position byCarol Amon.
