Lynn Higby
Lynn Carlton Higby (1931-present) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Higby was nominated by PresidentJimmy Carter on June 14, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commissionthe next day. He resigned onJanuary 3, 1983. Higby was succeeded in this position byClyde Roger Vinson.
