Louisiana Board of Commerce and Industry Amendment (1968)
TheLouisiana Board of Commerce and Industry Amendment, also known asAmendment 37, was on the ballot inLouisiana onNovember 5, 1968, as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment. It wasdefeated. This measure proposed to authorize the board of commerce and industry to insure the payments of lease agreements. These lease agreements were related to municipal and parish industrial development indebtedness.[1]
