Biography

Racines was born in Casper, Wyoming, and attended high school in Riverton, Wyoming. She graduated with accounting and Spanish degrees from the University of Wyoming. She began her professional career at the accounting firm of McGee, Hearne, & Paiz in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and became a certified public accountant (CPA). In this position, she performed audits of the State of Wyoming, the University of Wyoming, and other public entities. She later shifted to working in the public sector and became the Chief Fiscal Officer and Director of Human Resources for Wyoming’s state judiciary. She was also appointed to the State Employee Compensation Commission.[1]

She is married with two children and the family lives in Cheyenne. She served at least ten years on the board of Goodwill of Wyoming, a charity that assists disabled adults and vulnerable populations.[2]
