Kentucky Workers' Compensation Referendum (1943)
TheKentucky Absentee Workers' Compensation Referendum was on theNovember 2, 1943 ballot inKentucky as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it wasdefeated. The measure would have permitted theKentucky General Assembly to pass a compulsory workers’ compensation law.[1]
