Kenneth Conboy
Kenneth Conboy (1938-present) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Conboy was nominated by PresidentRonald Reagan on November 5, 1987, to a seat vacated byRobert Lee Carter; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 19, 1987, and received commissiontwo days later. He resigned onDecember 31, 1993.[1] Conboy was succeeded in this position byBarbara Jones.
