Kelly Flynn (b. October 4, 1954) is a formerRepublican member of theMontana House of Representatives, representingDistrict 70 from 2011 to 2019.

Flynn was unable to run for re-election in2018 to theMontana House of Representatives because of term limits.

Flynn passed away on March 3, 2021.[1]

Biography

Flynn earned his bachelor's degree in English and Physical Education from Western Montana College in 1977. His professional experience included working as president of Hidden Hollow Hideaway Cattle and Guest Ranch, and as a teacher and coach at Manhattan High School.
