Biography
Kay Christofferson was born in and lives inUtah. Christofferson earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Brigham Young University in 1982. His career experience includes working as a civil engineer at Christofferson Engineering and with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), the Utah Transit Authority (UTA), the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), and several other State agencies.[1][2]
