Biography
Rene was born inSelma, Alabama. Her professional experience includes working as an attorney with the Small Business Administration and as a business liaison in the Atlanta Regional Office for the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps.[2] She received her bachelor's degree from Alabama State University and her J.D. from Atlanta Law School.[1]
