Judge Silverman to retire at the end of 2010

Scottsbluff,Nebraska: JudgeBrian Silverman has announced that he will retire fromNebraska's 12th District Court onDecember 31, 2010. He has served on this court for 19 years, but has been struggling with cancer for the past two years and wishes to spend more time with his family. Prior to joining the court, he served 19 years as a Scotts Bluff County Attorney.[1]
