Biography

Josiah Hill was born inDavenport, Iowa. Hill graduated from Stillwater High School in 1995. He earned a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1999, an M.S.E. in English and language arts from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2001, and an Ed.D. in educational leadership from Hamline University in 2015. His career experience includes working as an English teacher and assistant principal with Stillwater Area Public Schools.^[1][2] Hill has been affiliated with the Education Minnesota union.^[3]
