John Coleman Pickett (1896-1983) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Pickett was nominated by PresidentHarry Truman on September 23, 1949. He assumedsenior status onJanuary 1, 1966, and served in that capacity until his death onSeptember 1, 1983.[1]
