John Kelvey Richards
John Kelvey Richards (1856-1909) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentTheodore Roosevelt on February 19, 1903 to fill a seat vacated byWilliam Rufus Day. He was confirmed by the Senate onFebruary 23, 1903, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onMarch 1, 1909.[1]
