John Jefferson DeHaven (1845-1913) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Northern District of California.

He was nominated by PresidentWilliam McKinley on June 1, 1897. He was confirmed by the Senate onJune 8, 1897, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onJanuary 26, 1913. DeHaven was succeeded in this position byMaurice Timothy Dooling.
