Biography

Joey Carr lives in Armorel, Arkansas. Carr earned a B.S. in education from the University of Central Arkansas and an M.S. in education from Arkansas State University. His career experience includes working as an elementary school principal with the Armorel School District, a teacher, and a basketball coach. Carr has served on the board of the Arkansas Association of Elementary Principals.^[1]
