Joel Harvey Slomsky is afederal judge onsenior status for theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. PresidentGeorge W. Bush (R) appointed Slomsky in July 2008. He joined the court in October 2008 and retired, adopting senior status, October 9, 2018.[1][2]

Education

Slomsky received his B.A. degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 1967 and aJ.D. from New York Law School in 1970.[2]
