To do so, the only way is to join the CCP. Because in China there is no other political party for you to join to Change China someday. In September 1992, I started working in a municipal Chinese local government, Xianyang Municipal committee of Science and Technology.

In January 2007, I moved to Troy University, Alabama and studied for a Master of Public Administration there. The second day I arrived in Troy, I knocked on the Church door, Christian Student Center (CSC) of Collegedale Church of Christ. On May 8, 2008, I was baptized there.

In Troy, beside studying I participated in political activities, like Student government, Congress campaign, and Presidential Campaign. I supported former Montgomery mayor Bobby Bright running for Congress, and I was the first person to support Barack Obama for president in Trojan Democratic.

In May 2009, I moved to New York City to join the US Army MAVNI program. But it failed after.

• Our campaign tries to build the best NYC ever. That means the best almost in everything we could think of. Can we do it? Yes, we can. It needs all New Yorkers to work together. I don't stupidly ask you to blindly obey but use your talents to pay attention to our campaign and the policies and process. You will see the outstanding policies that work differently from any other policies we had before. We will create a golden New Time for NYC and this world. Let's make NYC the best ever and become an excellent example to others. Let history remember this New Time.
• NYC is not other cities or places but NYC should be an excellent example for other places. So, NYC seeks for some foundational or universal changes to make it to welcome a New Times, the best ever. The problems we are going to solve are not only troubled New Yorkers but also the whole nation of our country. We need some changes like on Aug 2nd, 1776, what happened in Philadelphia affected our nation. That required intelligence and faith as our founding fathers had. I'm confident that, as a group, we can do it. The legal system, political system, and government system need a fundamental change.
• The NYC is big. Republicans tried to pass one bill in their favor and ignored the Democrats and Democrats wanted to do the similar. That's stupid. Because different boroughs are different. My thought is that the NYC government only develops and controls the macroeconomy in NYC and manages the police system, sanitation, traffic, and other necessary things. Others will give the power to the local council district. That means different council districts will have different policies based on their own situations. Some districts have friendly immigration policies, and some may not. Some have education policies that favor Republicans, and some may prefer Democrats. Let the district solved the problems of their own without others bothered.

In China, VOA and other western mediums are prohibited to public. However, I enjoyed to listen to it almost everyday. That totally changed myself from an ordinary Chinese to a youth who knows and understands American governmental point of views which is rarely found in China.

I also started to be interested in politics and dreamed change China to a democratic country someday.
