James William Locke
James William Locke (1837-1922) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
He was nominated by PresidentUlysses Grant on January 15, 1872. He was confirmed by the Senate onFebruary 1, 1872, and received commission that same day.[1] He retired onJuly 4, 1912.
