James Sewall Morsell
James Sewall Morsell was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by PresidentJames Madison on January 7, 1815. He was confirmed by the Senate onJanuary 11, 1815, and received commission that same day. He served until the court was abolished onMarch 3, 1863.
